12th sequel much like the first ones

Every hard-core gamer remembers the beginning of the Need For Speed craze – the one we swore by when racing simulations came to mind. However, as the sequels came and gone (11 of them in total) the NFS fever started subsiding.

EA Sports officials realized that after their last sequel NFS: Pro Street failed to sell in huge numbers – something they haven’t experienced before. Frank Gibeau, head of EA Sports claims that the reason for that is that these series have, through the years, gone through changes and stepped away from the original concept. Most of all, NFS meant racing and police chasing as well as car tuning that brought pimping your rides to the game.

Frank Gibeau promises that NFS 12 will go back to its roots, which means we can look forward to seeing the good old NFS in its full glory. That in turn means that the 12th sequel is already in development, although Gibeau refused to share more details including the release date.

NFS Most Wanted was the best new episode for me after NFSHP2. I love being hunted by the police (-not really :P - but the hot pursuits), and the challenges and timed races etc. BRING IT BACK yessss!

Those were the days... :whi:
A NFSHP3 would be great!Is all I want!
Need for speed carbon was the biggest downfall of the need for speed series!and although Need for speed pro street is better than carbon, neither him nor carbon can compare with NFSHP2!

By the way hi there Nero!
Nice forum you got here but has 1 problem:why isnt it tested by McAfee SiteAdvisor? :inv:

Don't ask me, i don't have it and never saw it in a shop. Like you i thought 2 was the latest before the Underground and following series.

It's a plugin in the user's browser, so the website is tested during your visit i suppose... isn't it?
